At Plain Jane Soap Bars, all of our products are handcrafted personal care items. Because of their nature, we maintain a strict no-refund, no-return policy.

Please review the details below before placing an order.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

Soap bars

Cold creams

Any opened or used personal care items

This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons.

Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We are happy to replace items at no cost in the following situations:

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives with broken jars or damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once verified, we will send a replacement.

Incorrect Item Sent

If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

A photo of the item received

We will correct the issue promptly.

Important Notes

Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement

We do not issue refunds—approved cases are replacement only

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
