At Plain Jane Soap Bars, every order is packed by hand with care. We appreciate your patience as we prepare and ship your goods the right way—no shortcuts, no rush jobs.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, launches, or sales.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship orders using trusted carriers such as UPS. Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, destination, and order contents.

Domestic Shipping

We ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Plain Jane Soap Bars is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, Plain Jane Soap Bars is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim or locating your package.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.
